We are Learningbank, a young and rapidly growing Danish scale-up with 35+ passionate Learningbankers. We have created the world's first Learning Lifecycle Platform, which assists customers, primarily with a deskless workforce, in distributing and creating engaging digital learning for employees. We are currently scaling the customer base rapidly across Denmark, the Nordics, and the rest of Europe. The Role
As the new Digital Marketing Specialist, you will use your knowledge and skills within Google ads, Performance Marketing, and Web management to translate Learningbank’s vision and marketing strategy into our website and Google campaigns. All with a focus on lead generation and pipeline.
Key responsibilities:
Performance Marketing (Google ads, Affiliate PPC & ABM campaigns):
Lead our paid search and other PPC campaigns to get traffic and conversions
- Managing and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google ads and Affiliates.
- Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to improve our campaigns.
- Copywriting ad texts.
- Develop and implement effective landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments through Google, Dreamdata, and Hubspot CRM/CMS (Except Google Ads, experience in these platforms is not a requirement).
- Analyze and report on effectiveness.
- Ongoing budget control.
Web management:
Own our website and execute development with our web agency and Digital Designer
- No programming skills are required. But we’re looking for experience working with CMS systems (we use Hubspot), and that you can run a website that converts, and has great user experience in line with our product and brand.
- Plan & execute creation and optimization of web content and pages (in collaboration with Digital Designer).
- Coordinating web development (with the web agency and the rest of the marketing team).
- Developing On-site/Off-site SEO (together with content lead).
- Run periodical user tests on the site and apply A/B testing and behavioral analytics to improve our user experience.
Email marketing:
Run our newsletter and nurturing strategy
- Plan and coordinate the newsletter campaign for our subscribers
- Create nurturing flows and build our personalized email marketing for Account Based Marketing (together with copywriters in the team)
- Not a requirement, but a good understanding of copywriting & communication is a plus.

We believe you'll be great in this role if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, IT, or similar and 3 years of experience working with Digital Marketing
- Proven track record of working in Google Ads/PPC
- Experience preferably with paid marketing and lead generation for a SaaS platform
- Experience working B2B marketing
