We’re looking for a Learning Solution Specialist who loves bringing learning to life with the purpose of creating real impact for both people and business. 👩💻 The role
As our Learning Solution Specialist, you’ll help our customers turn learning ambitions into measurable results. You’ll guide them through onboarding, implementation, and daily platform adoption - making sure their setup runs smoothly, drives engagement, and becomes an integrated part of their workday.
You’ll collaborate with customers to understand their goals, design learning structures that fit their organization, and help them build learning that sticks. Along the way, you’ll act as a trusted partner - solving challenges, driving adoption, and helping customers turn learning into real progress.
👌 Key responsibilities
Drive smooth customer implementations: Plan, coordinate, and deliver successful customer launches - keeping timelines, expectations, and quality on track.
Support daily platform operations: Help customers manage and optimize their learning environments - guiding them through setup, updates, and ongoing use.
Guide adoption and engagement: Empower customers to connect their platform to daily workflows and build lasting learning habits.
Design effective learning setups: Translate customer goals into platform structures, learning journeys, and experiences that drive measurable results.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Customer Success, Learning Creators, and Product to align strategy, execution, and insights.
Share feedback and insights: Bring learnings from customers back to our product and process teams to continuously improve how we deliver learning worth loving.

This role is a great fit if:
- You’re a strong communicator and presenter, clear, confident, and engaging in both written and spoken form.
- You’re a native Danish speaker and communicate fluently in English.
- You have experience working with customers or SaaS businesses, ideally around 2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management.
- You’re educated, and we think a great fit holds a degree in Communication, Organisational Learning, IT, Business, or a related field.
- You’re tech-curious, pick up new products fast, and find it intuitive to work digitally.
- You’re collaborative, bring good energy to the office, and love seeing both customers and colleagues succeed.
- You’re curious and proactive, always looking for ways to make things better for customers, teammates, and the product itself 🌟
