Yay! Hello there 👋 We’re looking for a sharp, service-minded colleague to join our Customer Support team.
👨💻 The role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our customers and helping them succeed with our Workforce Enablement Platform.
This is a hands-on role where you solve challenges, guide customers, and ensure they get value from the product. You will become a product solution advisor and work closely with Product and Development to improve the platform based on customer insights.
Full-time · Start: June 1st, 2026
🛠️ What you’ll do
Handle customer support across chat, email, phone, and meetings
Solve challenges quickly and ensure clear communication with customers
Guide customers on how to use the platform effectively
Act as a product solution advisor across the customer journey
Report technical cases to Product and Development
Maintain and improve our Help Center and AI chatbot Fin
🙋♀️ Who you are
You take ownership of customer cases and follow them through
You are a strong communicator and listen to understand not to answer
You are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
You are curious about AI and how it can improve support
You collaborate easily across teams
You are fluent in Danish and English (additional Nordic language is a plus)
Bonus ✨ You have experience with customer support and/or tools like Intercom or Zendesk.
A relevant education within Communication, Business, IT, or similar is great - but even more important is your ability to learn quickly and feel comfortable working with digital tools.
