I am a sharp IT Specialist with a background where I have gained insight into operations and infrastructure, as well as IT deployment processes. 

I have experience working closely with both technicians and operations, I can cover from basic help desk resolution and service to an advanced level of ITOS. 

Furthermore, I am a Computer Science graduate and my education helped me to develop key informational technology and organizational skills, while the experience that I gained from my previous jobs has been the ideal preparation for a career in the field.
