👩💻 The role:
The role is part-time, with approximately 15-25 hours a week.
As our Customer Support Specialist, you will play an essential role in our support function, which is a crucial part of our Customer team. Your primary goal is to collaborate with our customers to create business-critical learning environments, ultimately contributing to making people happier by making them better.
In this role, you'll serve as a product expert on our learning lifecycle platform and use that expertise to support our customers, ensuring a premium customer experience. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance your client communication, technical, and problem-solving skills.
👌 Key Responsibilities:

Provide Exceptional Customer-Centric Support: Deliver top-notch support, making our customers feel valued and heard.

Offering Guidance on Best Practices: Provide advice and best practices through various channels, including chat, phone, email, and meetings.

Serving as a Product Expert: Be the go-to product expert throughout the customer journey, from sales to retention.

Collaborate with the Customer and Development teams: Ensure technical cases are tracked and communicated to the customer.
- Influence Product Development: This is a unique opportunity to see how your work can influence our product design and functionality. As you become a product expert and gain expertise in customer and user behavior, you'll provide valuable feedback to our product team.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in written and spoken English is necessary, and proficiency in another Nordic language is highly desirable
